2025 - 2026 Insurance Certificates Release
The 2025 - 2026 Clear Capital Certificate of Insurance and our E&O Insurance documents have been uploaded and are now available for clients to review or download through our Trust Center.
Both of the documents can be found on the Legal card. The document linked under "Cyber Insurance" includes all of our insurance policies, while the document linked under "E&O Insurance" shows only our errors and omissions coverage.
2024 Clear Capital SOC 2 Report Release
The Clear Capital 2024 (Valuation Services) - SOC 2 Type II has been released and is now available for clients to download through our Trust Center. This report covers the period of December 1, 2023, to November 30, 2024, with no exceptions noted.
Completion of the SOC 2 Type II audit demonstrates Clear Capital’s continued commitment to the security of our products and that of our overall security posture.
Bridge letters for the post-review period are also available for download in the Trust Center as necessary for your records.
